Meet your coach
Hi, I’m Holly,
For years, I believed strength meant doing more — training harder, eating cleaner, sleeping less. Like so many busy mums, I pushed through exhaustion, juggling everyone else’s needs and convincing myself that discipline would eventually bring freedom. It didn’t.
Burnout forced me to slow down and really listen. I began learning how movement, recovery, stress, and mindset work together — especially within the reality of motherhood. I rebuilt my strength not through pressure, but through awareness, flexibility, and self-compassion.
Now, I help busy women and mums do the same. To feel capable, confident, and strong again without burning themselves out or feeling guilty for resting. My coaching is holistic and supportive — blending evidence-based training with empathy, habit-based change, and a psychology-first approach that fits real life, not perfection.
